To change your password:

Step 1: On the Swrve Log In screen, select the Forgot your password? link.

Step 2: The Password Reset screen displays. In the Email field, enter your email address and then select Reset. An email containing a link is sent to the email address you provide.

Step 3: Select the link contained in the email. You are directed to a change password screen.

Step 4: In the Password and Password confirmation fields, enter your new password.

Step 5: Select Update Password to submit the new password.

Alternatively, if you’re already logged into Swrve, you can change your password on the User Settings screen. To access this screen, select Your account, and then select User settings.

Attempted login limits

If you exceed the limit of six attempted logins, Swrve temporarily disables your account for security purposes. You must wait an hour before trying to log in again. Alternatively, you can reset your password to regain access to your account.
